Meeting on fish research
One of Norecopa's activities is to arrange consensus meetings on the care and use of animals in research.
The first international consensus meeting, organised by the temporary national platform before Norecopa was founded, was held in May 2005 at Gardermoen, Oslo:
Harmonisation of the Care and Use of Fish in Research
The meeting attracted 100 participants from 10 countries.
Norecopa arranged the second international consensus meeting in May 2008:
Harmonisation of the Care and Use of Animals in Wildlife Research
Norecopa is now planning a third international consensus meeting, on the care and use of fish in research, as a follow-up to the 2005 meeting:
Harmonisation of the Care and Use of Fish in Research, 22 - 24 September 2009
